Lexxus Shuttle Van

DO NOT trust this company! The pre-paid Van never arrived. We ordered a van from our hostel to Port Barton at 10:00 AM, we have been waiting until 11:30, ladies from customer support told us that they will contact the driver but they never called back, after another hour of waiting and calling the support they told us that the van is going to be at us after 15 more minutes, van never arrived and they blocked our phone number.

They put us on the wrong bus grom Sabang ! Instead od El nido we ended up on puerto. We list whole day! Also the busses are absolutley crowded.

Really very bad experience with Lexxus company, departure was scheduled at 6pm, we left at 7pm. And we waited outside the shuttle during 2hours, Mrs Sara didn't give us any information about when we were going to leave,how long it would take for the shuttle to arrive. We were fourteen people on the van, tightening, impossible to move, impossible to out on seat belt. 6 hours like that, it's was awful. I don't recommend Lexxus company. It was my worst experience ever in my life.

Unfortunately just read these reviews as we just set off back to Puerto Princesa. It’s ALL true. Already regretting as the Air Con barely works and they don’t seem to even care! Worst looking and run down van in the fleet,no doubt ://

Trust every commends, that's ture, and dont book transfer from Klook, because Klook will arrange u to take Lexxus shuttle van, I choose 2:30 van and pay in advance, but Lexxus pass me to local van in a bus station, this van has no schedule, only departure until full ,no matter what time you book from Klook, and this van stops all the way to let guest off and pick up new guest, I took almost 7 hours to reach El nido bus station, my friends take another company's van directly from pps city to our guesthouse in El nido only 5 hours, so treasure ur time, dont book their pick up.
