Great service,Thom's dropped off and picked up the car at our hotel, did all the paperwork there in the lobby. Having a car made my stay much easier and enjoyable. I will use Thom's again and highly recommend them.

Great service. Very responsive to reservation request. Pick up from airport by driver. Inova car in Great condition. My first time in Tacloban so happy to find this rental. Traveling around Tacloban I found the car essential. I guess you could make it with jeepneys and trikes but good luck.

Superior to Edge in every way. NO SERVICE FEES FOR GAS REFILLS. That alone is worth it. I have rented a car from Thom's Rent A Car when I visited Tacloban and I was very happy with the condition of the car I rented and the friendliness of the owner and the driver.
