Good place to rent car. The car was new. The personnel was very attentive. If you pay credit cards this place takes pictures of card both sides. I don't know why (Just ask them)! We return the car early than expected date. Of course we did not get the money back for rest of the days we paid. It's in the contract you signed. Unfortunately, we return the car with scratch. Don't know how much they charged it

Best place to get car on rent for a day... they do inspection of car very thoroughly when we return the car... they have cameras installed for inspection of car... if car is booked in advance but token amount is not paid then on journey day the car is not made available or it is delayed... to avoid in convenience...book car and pay token money in advance.....

Not refunding the actual security bond amount charged ahead on the credit card. So be careful not to let them charge any advance money on your credit card. Although they said that they will refund to you after returning the car, but in fact they deduct some amount without any notice and request their explanation they keep silence of not replying emails. Poor service and not recommended.

Really patient and helpful. We got a last minute booking over the Internet. Price seemed a lot better than their competitors so we weren't sure if our booking was legit. It is genuine. They have a variety of car sizes. They are a nice small but genuine car rental company. Will use them again the next time I'm in Manila. They are better than a lot of western car rental companies. 5 stars from me.
