Hertz

For expedia users! Warning!!! There is an ongoing problem with car availability with Thrifty, which is partnered with Hertz claimed by an employee since Dec 2017. This is also with two other Hertz locations in the airport. When you book with expedia, there will be a confirmed booking. If there was a problem, it should have been addressed immediately! by the operating management in this location. You cannot keep us customers stranded, and you should communicate with expedia yo address overbooking. This is a nuisance to us vacationers because we are on a timeline. If there is a possibility of non availability you MUST! be proactive by emailing the Corporate and Expedia of these occurrences. Otherwise you will continue to lose credibility of Hertz and Thrifty. I also noticed local partnership with other local car rentals here, which is leading me to believe that this might have been left purposely to direct stranded customers to local Philippine car rental places. If this is the case! It is not a good business practice. Do not! Do this. If you are the operational staff reading this review, it’s time you get your location straight. Fix this problem properly, or you’ll keep having disappointed customers like me. This is not even a one star rating after all.
