Wouldn’t call this an airport location like how Avis website says so it’s a little confusing but it’s a good location if you are already on the island as there will be no need to go into busy airports etc. The airport is about 5km away which you need a short taxi ride. It is above the “Island Souvenir” shop on the second floor and the shop has your reserved car right in front of it. Staff was nice and car was new with only 5000km or so.

Awful service, besides expensive. Tried to cheat on us with the petrol when we returned the car... And they charge you 200 Pesos for cleaning the car! Where have you ever seen that? They are not even able to communicate in a good English... Never go there.

Staff at the airport told us that the car is not available, they have no control even though we have an email confirmation 2 days ago ... AVIS international have FAILED big time... untrustworthy Try to call to all offices but no one is pickup up or couldn't get through. BUT they deserve one star because the staff that handle our stress is good.

Not located at CEB International Airport and does not provide pickup/transfer from CEB Terminal. Don't waste your time (like I did) getting directions from airport staff who send you back and forth between all the different airport buildings. Other rental agencies are onsite and clustered together outside the arrivals area of the terminal. Rent from one of those.

Bad experience . No office and no staff not even answering phone call. Definitely not recommended
