elegant architecture. excellent customer service. rooms are very large and convenient. staffs are sociable and respectful.
All-in-all great experience. The staff are nice and accommodating. The hotel rooms are clean and they upgraded our room to a pool view.
However, there were no bathrobes and slippers (you might need to ask for them). But still a nice experience. Will definitely come back.
Luxury stay at its finest! We found our room to be extremely spacious (complete with sofa, king-sized bed, walk-in closet, bathroom/toilet, and outdoor veranda). Our room had an amazing view of the hotel amenities area. The staff was also friendly and accommodating. This is one of our best staycations in recent memory!
The place and room was just okay, my expectations for a stellar hotel wasn't met especially the staff wasn't that helpful since we've encountered some problems when we arrived at the place and it wasn't addressed properly. Overall, it is just a 3 star since there's not much to see in the hotel, a spacious swimming pool, well ornated lobby, gym and spa were same facilities that you could find in other hotels with cheaper price. So if you're traveling with a bigger budget then you should bet on this place let's just hope they'll be improving their services. 😉
Aside from the award-winning interior design, the facility is very clean and the room size is so far the largest of its classification I've been to in Davao City. You can't hear noises from the neighborhood which for me takes more value for staycation. The pool is also sutuated with enough sun to reach through, not to much to burn our skin down. Diffinitely would recommend to colleagues for official business function as well.
