Be careful of their “insurance policy.” They have a 10,000 peso deductible for every panel that gets scratched or dented! When we did the walk around before checking out the van, there were around 17 scratches and dents all over the van. Why were they not fixed? I was told that they don’t have time to leave it in the shop to get fixed. However, they have collected 10,000 pesos on every one of those scratches. I just had my car in Manila fixed for 20,000 pesos and that was 6 panels. So the bumper had two scratches on it which they had collected 20,000 pesos and if it got another scratch from me, they would collect another 10,000 pesos. What a rip off! It is like a little side business they have going on. No wonder they have only three stars. They really need to rethink their policy so that the customer has more value to them.

1600cc passenger car a day 2200 peso / high price, employee-king, guest-servant. It is unfriendly, the manual is company-centered, and the quality of service is low. I do not want to recommend it.
