8Drive Car Rental

I recommend na magavail na lang kayo ng mas kilalang rent a car. My family and I had an experience with 8drive na there is a lot of hidden charges and read the contract carefully. Pero if I were you I won't spend any penny or time doing a business with them. The trip was supposed to be a relaxing and happy moment but 8drive ruined it we paid them more than the known car rental drive. Beware of this company and if im not mistaken the name of the owner is joseph or maybe he is a staff hindi sila accomodating

Worst car rental. We rented a montero,provided everything they needed ids house address and the payment. They even delivered the car in our house. sign the contract and paid 17k after 1 day they ask about personal issues that wasnt included in the contract then i refuse to answer because what they are asking are about our room number in nobu hotel. Then Mr. Xavier Pablo said that we cannot proceed to the rental because we didnt give our hotel room number that we insisted that its personal and nothing to do with the rental. Then he said he will just refund the money but until now the 17k was not being refunded. We rented it last week Wednesday Sept 26 at 3pm til saturday 3pm 3 days rent but on thursday 7am in the morning he cancelled our rent and refuse to give back our refund. Mr. Xavier Pablo the one who manage the 8 drive and the signatory in our contract lied about his true and complete name. His surname was BAUTISTA NOT PABLO. THE FULL NAME WAS PIERRE XAVIER EMMANUEL PABLO Y BAUTISTA!! I HOPE THE TRUE OWNER OF 8 DRIVE WILL DO SOMETHING ABOUT OUR CASE CO'Z WE WILL SURELY PURSUE OUR COMPLAIN!!

Too slow. They assign one person per car to do everything. Wash/Vacuum for a Tucson took more than 45mins. They're not very thorough with the car wash either, the mags were still pretty dirty afterwards and even after complaining, they didn't do anything. They pretty much air dry after the carwash - which makes wiping it down useless because you already have dried water marks all over. Vacuuming took forever also and when another guy tried to help with, he was reprimanded by the "boss" and was made to start washing the other cars in line. First time here. Not coming back. Definitely not recommended.
