My friends and I rented a car for a week while visiting Leyte,Biliran,and Samar tho i am walk in booking it was still quick in getting us a car. We are 6 so we needed big when a mini van wasn't quite ready, the representative brought us perfect choice of what car we would like so we chose the ford everest and very comfortable because its latest model 2019 automatic. The people working there where very friendly and the car drove beautifully. We would definitely rent again from this agency.

This car rental appears on the map in Ormoc, but they are based in Tacloban, not Ormoc. Rated 1 star because I went to the location in Ormoc and there was no business. I have no idea if this agency is any good since I was unable to rent a car in Ormoc.

I made an agreement with Alphabet because I had business in Tacloban. We ran into trouble basically as soon as we got to Tacloban. I was taken to the airport!!!? Not one time did I ever say anything about going to the airport. Before I got to the place where I needed to go, the driver stopped at the Alphabet office. This is when they reneged on the agreement we made. As you can see with Chris Farrell, they try and belittle you. They told me and I will quote this "You simply dont understand how the charges were calculated about the trip." I understand we made an agreement and I understand I was charged just over 25% more than what we made on the agreement. It was 26.667% more to be exact. Alphabet thinks I have problems with math. Also, it seems Alphabet has no driver in Ormoc. So the driver I had drove from the Tacloban area to Ormoc then back to Tacloban then back to Ormoc then back to Tacloban. A lot of gas and this is where the problem was. So I was charged extra for this gas because the driver kept showing me a gas receipt. I was called "ignorant" by Alphabet. Alphabet did not keep with the agreement and that makes me ignorant? Be careful folks. A business that reneges, you better watch your money! They took my money and, I believe, the money from the driver too!!!

The worst car hire company in the world. They were 1 hour late to deliver the car and left us stand in the rain for an hour. And when the car arrived it was a peice of junk!!!!!!!!!!!!! the exhaust was falling off and the car obviosly had not been cleaned inside or out for weeks.... they didnt care about the customer at all... tough luck!!!...worst in the world... my advise is go elsewhere
