Very disappointed with their customer service online!!! Apparently they can be reached thru Yahoo Messenger and was all happy and excited that they thought of having that service and it's a great idea for those people who are outside the country. So I clicked the icon on their website, it didn't work. I thought maybe adding them on my yahoo account would be the best option to reach them and so I did add their help desk, only to be rejected. I could've called but no way I'm going to spend long distance charge for this company. To Avis Rent-A-Car, if you can't keep your promise of 24/7 online service, just take it off please? It's just frustrating.

Very bad customer service. Better to go elsewhere...
