We had some problems at the beginning due to COVID situation. But everything was solved and the service was excellent. The car was new and did not give any problem at all. Special mention deserve one of the employees, Ronald, who was very efficient, flexible and helpful all along the way and really took personal care for everything to go well. If I have to rent a car again, I will not hesitate to do it through this company branch. Many thanks!

Not based at the airport, but near the Asia mall, Took them 24 hours to reply to my calls to find out where the pick up point was. They offer a free transfer but only told us about it afterwards. They also tried to charge us to clean the car at return to save them doing so for the next rental- so beware! The car was excellent and the price competitive. Thorough check of scratches before hire and at return.

Great service, kudos to Ronald and Lori. Pickup and drop off point was decently located near the airport (nearer now with NAIAX). Will definitely opt for their service again. Car was in near perfect condition and provided great comfort and safety across all our travels. :)

Well, that was a bit above average experience. I booked online; and to my surprise I haven’t received a confirmation email... so I called the agency directly—and it was easy for me because I was already in Manila with a Philippine phone number. I explained the situation and they said they will rectify, which did not happen-but I was glad I had the opportunity to talk with someone and clarify that my reservation went through. Otherwise, helpful and professional, but price was quite high-$60/day for a small Toyota vios.

I was very happy with the rental experience. I have booked many cars through other companies in the Philippines and this one was the best experience. Easy and proactive communications before I arrived in Manila, easy pickup at the airport, staff were very warm and friendly and explained the rental process clearly. The car was super clean and well maintained.
