Ordered a bike in Dumaguete for two weeks, paid for two days in advance + huge fee. Had a special requirement (a rack) that was thoroughly communicated.
Upon arrival, the bike had no rack so it was useless to us. Used it for one day, only to find a different renting shop that was capable of providing a bike with a rack. Book2wheel stopped responding, haven't seen our money ever since.
PS: Renting in local shops is cheaper, the variety is huge.
