This is a very complicated and not so friendly company. You need to login to their system in order to have a booking. They do not accept booking through the phone. So what if the person is not tech-savvy? Simple..you cannot book. Then they ask you to upload credit card information..wow..speaking of security threat to personal information..this is it..Maybe this company should think of changing the way they deal with customers.. surely is not friendly but very inconvenient!!!
