Don Robert’s Bridal Cars

The 1929 Cadilac has had a really ugly looking steel box at a trunk, pretty much no nicer than a tool box fitted to the back of it but on the web site it still shows the really nice trunk. We didnt kniw this and flew from australia to inspect this for our wedding only to find it was not as on the web site, definatley not able to have photos on our wedding day with the ugly box on the back which isn't even the same size as the trunk rack it is sitting on. When Don Roberts was contacted the only response was sorry they haven't updated the photos on the website with no mention of them even attempting to repair the trunk back to the appearance on photos on the website. I don't really know how a business would operate in such a manner, when looks are 90% with a wedding car and yet no mention of an attempt to keep the car looking as a wedding car should, the other car that we had vooked to inspect wasn't even there as they had booked it for a job even though they knew full well that we were flying there to inspect that day, dissappointing .
