I wanted to give credit where it is due and share how thoughtful and compassionate the Orient Pearl staff were. After renting their car, we weren’t aware of the spread of the NCOV virus and unfortunately, we were unable to buy face mask anywhere because stores were out of stock. We were very lucky and thankful Ms. Vhie generously gave us the few stocks of face mask she had left. We were very surprised and grateful. It was the first time we experienced a company going above and beyond their service even as far as looking after our health and getting nothing in return. She also made sure to advise us to leave early for our flight because of the strict security check in and dropped us off the airport for free. We are without a doubt impressed with Orient Pearl Rent-A-Car and their top notch service. They genuinely care about their customers and go an extra mile to make sure their customers are taken care of and comfortable and satisfied with their travel and stay. They are unlike any other car rental service, and they are truly the best not only in the Philippines but in the world.

Had a great experience with Pearl Oriental, travelling with a family of 4 over the busy Christmas period. We were upgraded at no extra cost to a Toyota Fortuner which our kids loved. It was great to deal with a small company and as you would expect the service was so much better than dealing with the bigger rental companies located at the airport. We corresponded by Facebook to arrange everything before we arrived and they picked us up from our hotel as requested. They even gave us great advice to make our journey shorter in North Luzon utilizing the most direct route. The lady in the office was super friendly and took the time to get to know us all as a family. Top marks from us all and we would 100% use their services again. Liza and family London.

I have used this car rental company for my trip to Subic Bay. They are the best!! I recommend 100%. The staff is very nice and accommodating, prices are competitive and car are great :) you can go there with your eyes closed
