National Book Store - Robinsons Gensan

Has a nice variety of products, but still lacks some common products of other branches. Cashiers need to improve. A cashier told me that my laking national card can't be read, but there was actually a problem with their machine. Another time, a cashier, who was not busy, made me go to the other one. There was no cashier at the other counter. When I got back, the cashier already had 2 customers and made me line. Person who could void items took to long so I just bought the product. Price tags (20 pieces of the same item)indicated P32.75 while price on receipt was P39.00.

The best thing that has ever happened to Robinsons. Despite the fact that most of its tenants have left the mall, NBS has stayed on and has continued serving its clients here. The store is better stocked now and is obviously catering to the younger set, owing to titles more for their type, in the bookstore section. Their office and schools supplies are still the most affordable and generously priced. Everything here is best value for your money.

I think this is the smallest of National Bookstore in General Santos City in terms of space but it's not busy and crowded compared to other NBS. Well, that's most of the time that I was there and I was able to score great buys so I'm pretty happy walking out the store. The guard's nice too.

The school and office supplies specialist , for hobbyists like painting materials and school laboratory experiment kits they have some. Its a kid friendly, children are free to read the books or play and has a wheelchair accessible entrance for the PWD's.
