Jpm Car Rentals

I rented Innova for 3 weeks last December 2019, I returned the car 26th of December..promising that they will return my 5k security deposit but until now I didn't receive my security deposit..it's already February 2020 long time I am waiting for nothing..they said they will contact me directly unfortunately no one called me..it would be better if JPM will inform me ahead of time that they will not be able to return my security deposit instead of waiting for nothing..so much disappointment with your service.
