I spent 50 minutes in the queue at the branch on Thursday, unfortunately no customer from the queue was served at that time. Three positions were open, one of which 16 was closed and you went home, and 5 people waited outside the ward. I used several branches in Łódź, but I have never encountered anything like this before. I do not recommend.

No professional service. I waited in line for an hour, but that's okay. The bank lady, with my dissatisfied opinion, said that soon they would only serve their clients, and that I wanted to withdraw Wester Union, where it is possible for every client, not only from their bank, as indicated by the information on the official Wester Union website . Disrespect for people.

Scandalous service !!! I do not recommend this bank and service. On the second day in a row, I leave with a receipt, because there are no employees to service. After waiting 30 minutes at the door, a lady came out and said that the ward was being closed and that I was to go to another facility. Congratulations to everyone for the level of customer service !!!! An employee closed the door in front of me, the name is known.

Lack of professionalism in this department, lost 45 minutes at the post where at one point three ladies were trying to explain anything (ineptly). In addition, ladies in a place that was not used for this, provided legal advice without having any knowledge on the subject - they misled the client. I left the branch without solving the problem. I also hope that the service in this branch will undergo appropriate training so that in the future every applicant will be perfectly served.

Very nice and professional service, I opened my first account for my child. The lady who served us was very nice and competent, she explained everything and advised what and how. I am completely satisfied. I recommend 100% of the above-mentioned facility
