Fast service without queues, a machine for downloading numbers for individual customers has certainly improved the work in this facility. There used to be large queues here. Calm, quiet and without a nervous atmosphere - things are settled quickly here.

I met with such a friendly atmosphere for the first time. Przesympatyczne ladies from Individual Customer Service: Ms. Izza, Agnieszka and Dorota full of professionalism and empathy were happy to help, even though it was after 18.
