The service is great, no queues. But here senior management considered me an impostor and forbade me to open an account. Pity, of course. So everything is at the highest level
I wanted to find out about the terms of deposits offered in this bank. I entered the branch by noon, zero customers and three employees at the service stands + one employee and one employee in glass aquariums. From all of them an employee in the aquarium talks on the phone. The others are gouging something in the computers. I approach the first employee from the shore, and he says to me, sit down, in a moment someone will ask you. In this situation, if in the absence of customers, none of the three employees at the stands could devote time to me, it was a clear signal to me how the bank is treated by customers. I turned on my heel and left. I will never come to this bank again, because it's just a waste of time. I set up a deposit somewhere else.
The Lord gladly helped and exchanged damaged money! For this checkout service great !!
Service from 5 * to 3 *, depends on which employee serves us. Whereas the director of the establishment proposing and COFFEE-making ... priceless for me :)
