Unfortunately, only one star for unprofessional service. The service of an old lady in the room, when there is a separate room available and a loud conversation about her savings, when she listens and watches the whole queue - weak. My situation: I closed the product and I do not know if these are the top-down procedures or the laziness of the attendant that only pay attention to the PESEL when the system has an old (no longer valid proof), old name ... After printing the document and my inquiry whose name I am to sign, the Lady said that she did not notice and that she would have to change everything in the system. Later I had to ask for confirmation of the closure of the product, which in my opinion is quite an important document. In addition, the bank's practice that when closing the product, overpaid funds are not returned "free of charge" - but here, however, it is not the fault of people from the branch. In any case, I am a client of several different banks and, unfortunately, the service here is very poor. In addition, without a smile, without any interest in the client - it scares you away. Besides, nowadays, where there are so many scams, while wearing a mask on your face, you will not check the details of the document. Well, I closed the product because I did not need it at the moment, but I will definitely not come back for another.

There are no markings directing applicants to appropriate positions, and the staff does not make up for this deficiency with their helpfulness. After 40 minutes of wasted time, the right department is located - then the matter is done quickly. For the first visit to BNP - I do not recommend.

I would love to give ZERO if it was possible. I issue an opinion on behalf of my Dad, who would like to thank the bank branch in Częstochowa for "professional approach and great customer service." 1.5 hours of waiting for the only open window, and when the cashier cleared up and started to serve Dad, she left the window without a word. Embarrassment, rudeness and zero professionalism. The customer is for the bank, not the other way around, please remember that. Congratulations, this is how you lose regular customers.
