Tragedy. Wanting to withdraw my own hard earned money, I felt like I was in some audition. The gentleman working there behaved very unprofessionally, instead of providing professional information, he was not satisfied with the cash withdrawal. 1000 questions for what and why? At the end, he compared my signature 3 times because he was not satisfied with it and all this to upset me and extend my visit to the bank. I felt really uncomfortable. I am thinking of closing an account at PKO and transferring my money to another, more customer-friendly bank.
I do not recommend the branch on the market in Leszno.
Zero professionalism. I am sure I will write a personal complaint against this employee who, in my opinion, should not serve clients because the bank will be losing clients due to such unskilled employees.
Tragedy! A multi-person queue, 5 people in the bank, 2 of them serve the rest, the rest looks at the computer and the customer is in the nose! I am canceling my account and I am moving to another bank.
