The tourist attraction of the city of Poniec is the historical buildings with a picturesque market square. In the middle of the square is a brick town hall with a tower built in 1843. On the tower there is a clock from the tower of the Roman Catholic church, which was exchanged in 1875 for a new one. Inside the Town Hall a historic city scale from 1777, which has stone weights, was put up. On the outer wall of the Town Hall there is a plaque commemorating Poles executed in 1939 by German invaders. - Tourist attraction of city.
