In my opinion, the weakest cabinet in Kartuzy when it comes to the knowledge of the ladies working there. They are very incompetent, I know cosmetic procedures but what one of you recently told me about the procedure is a drama. High price for low quality, too long treatment time. I do not recommend

I absolutely do not recommend a visit here - no professional approach to the client. I had an appointment for a fatter, dark-haired middle-aged lady, but unfortunately her service leaves much to be desired 👎 Namely, firstly there was a considerable delay, and when I was finally accepted, this lady did everything in a big hurry, because I was the last client and she wanted to close (I would mention that I was arranged in advance). There was a very unpleasant atmosphere. Secondly, the quality of the performance of the manicure was tragic, immediately after making on the nails, dents appeared, and on several nails at the tip the varnish immediately went down - it all happened the same day that the manicure was made. I honestly do not recommend, I advise you to avoid this salon with a wide arc. It is worth looking for a different place or even better doing it yourself.

I was scheduled for an appointment at 12:00 o'clock. On arrival, I was informed that I would have to wait a bit. At 12:20 I asked you how much more I will have to wait for someone to get interested in me. You answered me that only a few minutes will finish painting the lady's nails and saying the beautician still sawing nails and did not even paint them. After another 10 minutes of waiting, the lady said that I had to go and remarked to take care of both me and the woman next to me. Full professionalism 3 minutes with me and then returns to that woman. In addition, I asked for gel nails for which you answered me that it is too warm for gel nails! The lady did not pay attention to the fact that I feel pain while cutting nails. I do not recommend this salon high incompetence and wasting customers time. What's more, we have the 21st century and in this salon you can not pay by card.

In response to Alexander, the President. With all due respect, we would like to inform you that the situation you described is not true. Two beauticians stayed in the office and the other one heard the conversation you had with the beautician's nails. Namely, the client rushed on the lady who performed her procedure, claiming that she was in a hurry for dinner. The lady who carried out the manicure warned the client that her nails had not dried enough, suggesting further drying, and then the words were said that she was letting her out at her own risk. Thank you, Aleksander President, for such a false opinion and we wish you all the best.
