No words to handle. The woman at the cash register stood out without knowledge and approach to the client, both noisy, without empathy. Eternal failures and problems. For a moment, the director from another bank was there, with an approach to the client. Today came a letter signed by some other person. You can see that even employees have enough. I recommend competition across the street.
