I closed the account in this ward in Poland, in case of problems they were called to call me. I did not call, which I thought was confirmation of its closure. A year passes and they win a penalty for not paying my account ... Unfortunately, the account can be closed only personally so I will have to pay something that I do not use for the next year ...

Quite a weak offer when it comes to company and personal bills. A currency account with such fees for its conduct, that it is more profitable to pay amounts of 100 euros in zlotys and pay for currency conversion. The mobile application is ok, although I do not have the possibility to confirm the operation directly in it, and not through text messages. It's nice that you can log in using your fingerprint.
