It was after several years of cooperation that I gave up the bank's services. Why? I have the impression that the bank has the utmost respect for an ordinary customer. Orders and letters submitted several times disappeared without a trace and bank employees claimed (helpline and branch) that they did not receive such (despite the confirmations I had). The case is developmental and will find its final in court. It's a pity that I can't give negative stars because it would be -5.

A big plus for two ATMs next to each other just near the bank branch. In addition, one is both a cash deposit machine. The only drawback is that both devices are not deposit machines, although I have never been in the queue for any of them.

There are 2 PKO BP ATMs side by side. It never happened that they were out of order sometime. The disadvantage is the lack of other PKO BP ATMs in Knurów. The nearest Szczygłowicach only, and this is a considerable distance between these places.
