The husband wanted to pay in cash, the only option was to pay with a blik. After which it turned out that the transaction was unsuccessful. The money was taken by the ATM, there is no such account on the account. The lady in the bank is not able to say when the money will be returned to my account !! It was not a small amount of money.

ATMs are always out of order, and calling the hotline is a miracle. I do not recommend!

One measure of effectiveness is effectiveness itself. My case was dealt with quickly and professionally. Others would probably send me to a hotline to switch hours between consultants. I love when someone respects the time of the client - this is the best indicator of professionalism, I honestly recommend these people.
