This facility and its operation is one big scandal. Four customer desks, two of which are staffed, but only one woman is open. When I pointed out to her that many people were waiting with numbers and they did not support her, she figured out that you can make payments over the Internet and do not have to come here. I retorted that you can also close this facility because there is the Internet. She said - you can. No better on the first floor in the service of business customers. He sees one lady who was nice, but the waiting time is an hour, because there is nobody to approach the client. I do not recommend this facility. Good bank, but customer service does not exist.

I came to the facility around 16:00. I wanted to settle a mortgage-related matter, so after downloading the appropriate number, I asked the ladies where to go. I was directed to the first floor where I found a cleaning lady. I sat for about 15 minutes but due to the fact that nothing changes, I asked the lady passing by if I would definitely be served. The lady went somewhere for a while, after returning informing me that the lady who deals with the mortgage works until 16:00 so I have nothing to wait, I can come tomorrow only earlier. Congratulations on customer service, you will certainly trust people with this approach.

Friendly and competent service, minus the queues but it's probably like in any bank ... 🙈

Big queues and not nice service, I do not recommend. In my opinion, it is good to go to the bank branch of the PKO bank in Nowe Wiśnicz, there quickly, thanks to the friendly service, it will settle its affairs.
