Yesterday I had a long, more than 5-hour visit to the salon. It was such a pleasant time that I felt like it lasted 2 or 3 hours :) I came with my hair in a really bad condition - uneven lightening, regrowth ... Mrs. Sylwia suggested that I have a decolorization as a base for future treatments (dream flash coloring). In general, I should mention here that Mrs. Sylwia offered me things that I had in my head, but I wasn't always able to name it professionally :) I expected a nice, but the same color along the entire length, and I got a wonderful, multidimensional blonde with a camouflaged regrowth ♥ And finally, thorough cleaning and evening the color of the hair along the length, and not just covering with toner like in other salons ... Sylwia was assisted by Ms Magda and Ms Klaudia - both ladies were patient, careful and gentle, and at the same time nice and sympathetic :) The only small drawback for the high price of the haircut - in my case it was only cutting the ends (straight) by about 1.5 cm. I wholeheartedly recommend visiting the salon! I will definitely come back and recommend :)

I definitely do not recommend it. Blonde, long hair with large roots. Initially, I got comments like "Jesus, you do not grow such roots". Well, I went for something to this hairdresser. My guess is that hair requires a lot of work, but the price of a few hundred dollars + obliges you to something. I was counting on a cool blonde, without regrowth or with highlights from the skin. What did I get? Chicken yellow color with roots a few cm. WARM COLOR. Of course, I contacted the salon and found out that I can achieve the color at the next visit in a month - I only summed up that I should wear a hat during this time? Then someone from the service offered me toner for the price of the previous visit, but honestly? I'm afraid. Considering the fact that I have several hundred kilometers to the salon, there is also a fear or maybe the visit will not end with another cry and more not very pleasant comments from the staff. In addition, the toner can withstand a maximum of two washes and then my beautiful yellow blonde will reappear. there will be no shawl) If someone had initially indicated that he had no chance to achieve what he expected, I would simply not decide, and so I have to save myself a visit to the hairdresser who will at least listen to me and at this point he will darken my hair because I look now like the dyed paint from the kiosk and the color totally does not match my complexion :) I omit the fact that my scalp was burning mercilessly for a few days after the treatment. On the plus side, only the very nice lady assistant (Klaudia, I think), who, however, tried to make my time pleasant. Best regards. Ps. As for the fact that I was able to speak on the spot when I saw the color. Yes, I could and I indicated that the regrowth was bothering me, but the color in artificial warm light, until the twilight, I was not able to judge. Only another day and natural light showed my yellow hair;)

I have used the services of many hairdressing salons with varying degrees of success. If someone expects professional hair advice from a hairdresser, Royal Hair is one of such points on the map of Łódź. If someone expects imagination, craftsmanship and precision from a hairdresser, then - from my experience - I will tell you that Royal Hair is the only such place in Lodz. I would like to thank Mrs. Dorota for professionalism, smile and feeling like I am among my own people. The effect of your efforts fully coincided with my idea of ​​the hairstyle I wanted to have. The more admiration, because I gave you a free hand and did not suggest anything. With a professional like an artist, nothing needs to be said. He creates and the artistry completes the work.
