SCAMMERS AND BLASTERS! I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND! I bought 2 groupons at this place. One of them is Groupon in Medical Premium (Lumenis Infinity laser treatment), and the other is Sunrise Doctors (cleansing and relaxing treatment) I've been there 3 times. The first time was okay. The second time I was served by a man who started persuading me to undertake various other expensive treatments from the very beginning. He also said that the one I have from groupon is not suitable for my face and insisted that I pay over PLN 1000 for a better treatment for me ... I did not agree, because it is a huge amount of money for me .. I asked for a groupon treatment, he reluctantly did it, but with every move he said that I should pay extra, because the treatment that is doing now will not help me .. on my complexion ..; ( I left devastated from this visit, but decided to give them another chance because I still had another groupon there. This visit was even worse than the previous one .. Now the same gentleman was already offering me treatments for PLN 1500, and when I politely refused and asked for the procedure, for which I had already paid by groupon, he refused ... I still have 3 treatments to use (groupons were included in the package of 3 treatments) but I don't want to show myself there again! I recommend avoiding this place from a distance!

Hello, I bought a Groupon from the Beautiful Spa Derma company, which is currently changing the name at 109 Sienkiewicza Street in Łódź for the treatment of erythema reduction using the IPL laser. I made an appointment with the clinic through a consultant for the procedure yesterday, i.e. 17.10.20 at 15.30 Before I arrived for the procedure, my Grupon was listed as "used", which makes the complaint difficult. And he definitely wants to advertise it. The surgery did not take place, the gentleman who served me and at the same time the head of the clinic tried to persuade me for expensive treatments, and when I politely refused to use the more expensive version, he refused to perform the procedure on the pretext of contraindications which he did not notice at the time of persuading me to treatments worth PLN 2,000 willing to do "on the spot" if I pay. The Lord did not want to make another appointment for me so that I could carry out the procedure, and after a firm request to make another appointment when I had dealt with this "contraindication", he found a very distant date and became unpleasant. The salon itself is in the process of being renamed due to bad reviews later found out. Also, the salon inside left a lot to be desired, is under renovation and evidently does not meet any health and safety requirements I do not want to use the service in this clinic because due to bad opinions, the condition of the salon and, above all, the quality of service, I lost time and money on fuel, I waited a long time for someone to become interested in the client, even though I was on time and when I refused to perform a very expensive procedure to which the leader saw no contraindications, this literally threw me out of the living room on the pretext. I feel cheated and would like to exclude other potential clients from this company. Cheaters! I do not recommend.

BEWARE OF SCAMMERS !!! visible on Grupon as Medical Premium and Sunrise Doctors! Right after purchasing Grupon, the owner has the right to pay for the customer. He only urges you to buy more expensive treatments, and when I said that I came to use my Grupon here and I would not pay anything extra, he said that now it could not do anything, because he should undergo a preparatory treatment before, which he did not mention. Avoid at all costs, I don't know why Grupon didn't block them despite so many dire opinions

WARNING! Fraudsters and tricksters: the nice gentleman told me that he could not do the groupon treatment for my skin, but he could sell me another one for PLN 800. In my naivety, I let myself be stretched out, in return for which I was punctured with a needle under my eyes for 3 minutes, and this is how the first of the 10 treatments ended. I looked terrible, my blood vessels cracked under my eyes, and PLN 800 in my back. The lounge does not exist apart from the groupon, it is not open regularly, there is no contact, there is no website. When I finally got back to the salon, I was told that two weeks had passed and I could not return the purchased service, and that I knew what the service was and the risks involved. I do not recommend it with all my heart!

Drama! They took the grupon without performing any surgery. After the phone call asking why they did it, you said that the group was thrown away and it was not used, and then the group says that it was used. Neither the treatment has been used, nor can the grupon be canceled for recovery now. Scammers and thieves!
