A cozy place with useful bank terminals for ING.

They refused to open an account for a Russian passport. The employee motivated this by the fact that, in her opinion, the passport is not valid (this is in the presence of a visa and crossing the border with this passport), because it does not correspond to its sample in the database. She refused a request to show a sample, arguing that it was for internal use. They say that the photo should not be pasted and laminated, but printed on the page itself. UPD after the response: I was able to open the account in another bank though. Seems like it was "legal" enough for them.
