Stay away! When you use your EUR-Visa-Card the ATM suggests a fee of 9.99 % !!! When you want to cancel then, the ATM quickly pays out the money so that you suffer the fee. Tourist trap!

I will repeat what has already been said in one comment, incompetent and uninformed !!! They call their helpline to find out something, the client waits for half an hour and looks at a bank employee who is trying to call her to find out what he should know. Mislead, common mistakes that are difficult to correct later. I came to the facility with a simple thing. Change of insurer (insurance required for mortgage) unfortunately you couldn't do it. To get through is a tragedy, I tried for a whole week and when I finally got through, you got rid of me and said that you would call back. Guess if she called back ... Avoid the wide arc, damage to nerves and stress. I definitely do not recommend, I found out more by calling the helpline than in this institution.
