Nice modern hotel only a short walking distance from the centre of Gdansk. Friendly employees, good, quiet, clean rooms and good breakfast. Perfect if you want to go out and explore Gdansk for a couple of days during a holiday.

customer service is very poor, staff need to know how to talk with its client, very rude and awful customer service. Please tell the reception to talk with the customer properly in a mannered way. 😞☹☹☹
