Lady not very pleasant. She doesn't listen to what the client is saying to her or what she is asking for. He does as he wants without paying attention to customer expectations. Namely, I washed my mother's nails yesterday (extension + hybrid), we met 30 minutes because we are not from Gdansk and it was difficult for us to get in touch by phone about the delay, she said that we both have to come. I also told her that it was a gift for my mother so she could take this into consideration when choosing the order of clients. She said that I had to sit on the armchair, she made my nails longer, she said that it couldn't be done because they would be too long and it breaks (I had 2 lines), she made me terrible regrowth, not painted on the cuticles. It hurt when she took care because she also looked after the skin explaining that she must hurry. In the meantime she said that she didn't know if she would make her mother's nails and said that only a hybrid would do, when I said that we were long on extension, she was terrified, explaining that we could not be late, I said that she could take only one person, she said that she would take both. She could have started with her mother since it was a gift. For that, my mother did something that completely passes the human concept, unpainted so that it looked like she had a 2-week regrowth of the skin completely cut, the nail was supposed to be white (I warned by phone) for which you do not have white shame that she only said place. Each fingernail was going in a different direction, instead of a Christmas look she made her zigzag saying that it would be so nice.
