Perfection in every inch! Immediately after crossing the threshold of the Windmill Residence in the large hall you are greeted by us and asked how she can help. After informing her about the reservation, he leads us to the restaurant and gives "under the care" of the head of the room - Paweł (cordial greetings), who shows us a table. Round room, spacious, with a small number of tables (most under the windows, only 2 in the middle of the room, on two sides of the round, centrally located fireplace - in winter it will be even more wonderful there) - you do not need to squeeze between the tables to get to yours or go to the toilet . They clearly focus on comfort and quality, not quantity. After ordering the dishes, in a moment we got a free starter - a slice of liver pate on lettuce. As a main course, my wife ordered a duck fillet and I had a rabbit. Noodles, red cabbage and beetroot are also added automatically. In addition, we got a bowl of salad lettuce for free. The meat was so soft that it fell apart and you did not have to use a knife :) Noodles and sauce equally excellent. The whole is insanely delicious. Portions large enough to eat (and not chew) but I think that either soup before or dessert can still be "pressed". We chose dessert - Tiramisu's wife (made yesterday evening) and I Mascarpone mousse with a strawberry note. Both equally delicious. In addition, the prices are very low for the quality and quantity of food. In addition, clean toilets and very nice. To sum up, this is one of the best restaurants where we ate (and there were many) and at the moment, the best in Rybnik.

I used the services of a restaurant. So in turn: waiter service excellent - full perfection, waiting time for adequate dishes, warm food, delicious and properly seasoned. Despite the fact that the waiter brought spices to the table - I didn't use it - there was no need. After dinner, I ordered a dessert, the waiter offered the right wine for dessert. They asked if something was needed or if everything tasted good. I am satisfied with the services of the Residence under the Windmill.

After the New Year's party, this place is a complete bottom. No words. Poor waitresses had to be ashamed of the owners' actions. Music band bottom. Complete disgust. I will never recommend this place to my friends!
