Nice and helpful staff. I had a few things to do about my account, but unfortunately because of the system 'hanging' and waiting for more than an hour to hang up, I couldn't do anything. Banks should not allow such defects. Funny was that in the bank next door their client left enraged for the same reason, which is not surprising.
