I had the dubious pleasure of using the services of this bank, and actually I was forced almost to use it. I just took the HiFi equipment in one of the stores using the installment sale. I quickly paid off the loan by paying two or three installments. Earlier in a competitive bank, after paying off the obligation, I received a letter about closing the account and returning overpaid interest. Here at BGŻ BNP Paribas S.A. silence. Using the helpline, the lady told me to contact the bank personally, covering myself with sensitive data. I went in the end. I only learned about closing the bill. The Lady with obviousness in her voice, or even a grudge, announced that the account was already closed. No words about interest ... Interesting, is it the same in the other way? Maybe this bank repays the payments, just as it does not pay interest, does not charge them ... .... interesting ....
