Nice food. Clean rooms and a lot of atractions in a hotel. In some rooms Wifi signall is poor. In vacations there is a lot of soocer trip and there is a lot of people so there is very loud

The pool is very new with many attractions (of course we're talking about the hotel, this is not aqua park). The depth could have been differentiated a little (it's the same everywhere-it was too deep for my kids).

Spa is great, good massages, nice saunas

It was okay but we won't be back anymore. As for a massage, for one person - pricey. As my husband and I stated, someone smeared us with cold oil .. No massage atmosphere. Room cold, loud pop music, oil cold at first, later it was okay. No big deal.

Reservation not possible! Living in Germany, having an Account with the German Bank, you will not make a Reservation there, 0 telephone calls, 0 replies to E-mails !!! So they do not care about guests !!! So we had to stay somewhere else ...
