Tragedy customer service. Despite the mask, the security guard refused to let you enter the branch and told you to wait in front of you instead of letting the client sit on the sofa in the air conditioning, better let him wait in front of the bank in the heat of 30 degrees Celsius. He is not my bank but I had nowhere to withdraw money so I used this ATM with them. after which I chose the amount to withdraw, I was given the card and the money was no longer. I have normally downloaded it from my account. I complained that they did not see the problem. Worst bank !!!!!!!!!!!!

I am finishing cooperation. Queues, 4-5 days notification when withdrawing currency from your account! Not 100kEUR, just funny 4kEUR. Mockery. Commissions for any operation. I miss RB.

A disaster. In the branch at Aleja Street, one person serves borrowers, cash and performs a hundred other activities. Waiting for 1.5 hours for currency payment is the norm. Avoid from afar. Third world bank, not changing ...
