How is it possible that banking supervision tolerates such a parabank on the market. Withdrawing your own money takes time and patience, the cash register is often closed or no money at the cash register. You can forget about the protection of banking secrecy and personal data, the service stand between pending customers. Commission, fees no information for what. Even closing the account is not easy, for several months the bank demands various fees by scaring the entry with BIK without explaining what the charges are. The level of service .... rudeness and incompetence. Avoid the worst bank I've ever dealt with, I think payday loans have a better approach to the customer. One star is too much !!

It's difficult to arrange something, the branch works until 16, except for Monday. Terrible queues, no one knows what's going on, people scattered on chairs and sofas. I assume some are waiting for cash and some for advisers, so I have to ask each of the 12 people where they are going and who is last. Organizational chaos. It's terrible after the change.

A disaster! Please stay away from this bank. The ticket office is closed on February 10-14. Probably another one is open in Wroclaw, like the observation deck at Bareja. Nice lady says that you can deposit money using a cash deposit machine. When asked whether the euro also turns out, of course not. Drama.

This bank is a big failure since last week, I can't withdraw money at the box office. Maybe someone will answer why, because the service explains server problems.

This branch is a misunderstanding. They do grace to withdraw money from people !!! Paranoia as in Bareja
