I recommend it with a clear conscience, a good treatment base, delicious food, everything at the highest level, I greet the ladies who served meals and the ladies from the seller's service, and all the staff - a patient from Łódź!

I just have a referral to irena. I don't know what, to do, go or not. I'm scared by the beds with PRL and potatoes in balls. Interesting how to get to you from Zabrze. Maybe someone will write to me, I will be grateful. .

I was in Irena's sanatorium this year 2020. The pictures show rooms for private persons, not from the sanatorium at the National Health Fund. My 2 bed room was spacious but furniture as someone rightly noticed from the PRL. The carpet on the PVC floor was replaced, which smelled terrible, the first days it scratched in the throat and stuck eyes. Food catering - for men for small portions 1 ball of potatoes and a mini chop. During the week only 2 milk soups and bread jam served on a saucer - a small portion for 6 people :-(. Only a high-class treatment base, 2 good masseuses and 1 hopeless. There is no shop, no cafe as described, no TV room , no common room. I will not return to Irena, there are better sanatoriums and better management.

We were in the holiday season as full payment and unfortunately but instead of meals in the form of a buffet we had meals served at the table as patients at the National Health Fund. After our intervention, we changed the meals in the buffet, but unfortunately the buffet did not resemble - scarcely varied for children there was practically nothing. Not only that, we had to demand that the SHOCK coffee machine be turned on. As for the Christmas Eve dinner it was quite satisfactory. However, the treatment base itself fulfilled its functions, but the distaste remained at the very end, because in addition to the tragic food for a Christmas stay, the ceiling in the room leaked and the rooms had so-called comfortable, i.e. increased price. We honestly disgust after this stay, expectations were different even for the fact that it was a holiday stay. Pozdr.

We are just finishing our stay at the Irena sanatorium under the NFZ. We are pleased. The treatment base is very good, the service is also very nice, so we really liked everything. Rooms clean and most renovated. When it comes to food, we are also happy. No need to complain. Tasty and that not everyone likes it is another matter. Intimate and quiet and if someone has some needs, "go crazy" can always go to places where you can do it. Greetings to all who work here 🙂🙂
