I was in a sanatorium on a rehabilitation stay as part of the National Health Fund. Gryf is located close to the center. Very nice rooms, with bathrooms, cleaned daily. Treatments based on mud and brine from Połczyn, water, vibration and classic massages, exercises in the swimming pool. The staff was very friendly and helpful (maybe except for one masseur at the SPA, which I was fortunate to visit only once). Tasty meals, but perhaps small portions for some. During the 3-week stay, 3 visits to the doctor. Beautiful areas for walking and cycling.

A great sanatorium with a good climate around a lot of fun places in summer swimming pool a lot of people you can find soul-related treatments at high competence efficient reception and good shops nearby make the stay in the sanatorium a really good thing and a nice problem spent time is the parking lot, which could be better

The sanatorium itself is fine. Extra treatments and physiotherapy staff at the highest level. The area is very quiet for people who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. But the meals are a failure, and in fact the size of these meals. Advice for those traveling - take salt pepper sugar with you to the canteen Some bread, sausage, etc., because what you get there might eat a small child, not an adult.

I recommend very, very nice professional and young staff, as for the kitchen, yes! Good food, large portions, variety of meals really, nothing to pick on.
