Excellent hotel..ideal location, immaculately clean. Food, breakfast & dinner excellent.. all well worth the money... downside limited slots toget into pool etc... staff polite, friendly & efficient...English spoken by most x

Well located close to the river. The room is very nice and well equipped with an enormous TV, minibar, kettle... But the best part is the breakfast: excellent. You also have the possibility to rent a bike in the hotel, but I don't really recommend it: the bikes are heavy and a bit rigid, they're ok only to move not far from the hotel.

The hotel was very nice, friendly and helpful staff. Hotel has a restaurant and as well bar in a lobby. Some rooms have the beautiful view to krakow old town and Wisla River. Breakfast was tas tasty.

Very high standard of service of this hotel. Customer service on reception, room service, cleanless, very comfortable rooms, AC , modern smart TV is all 5 stars. Into addition the most beautiful view from the room windows on the river and the castle Wawel, the swimming pool and hot tub are on the 6ty floor with the same great view, with 2 saunas, all operational, with the water coolers next to it, with no bad smell of chloride, towels, sleepers and bath robes included to the room rate. The gym is also there on the 6th floor. Very very recommend! Attention in all details. The breakfast offers a very wide range of choice, including very tasty coffee and tea in a tea pots, very tasty wafers and scrambled eggs. And I'm surprised why this hotel doesn't hold 5 stars officially. The restaurant and bar also work, restaurant until 10 pm , the bar till 23 pm. I give 5 stars for everything I expericed!

Very good hotel in Krakow. My room was really comfortable and had all the necessary things. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is quite good. The breakfast in particular is amazing with so many options and the things that I tried were all of good quality.
