I have never seen such badly organized work. To register a car, for example, you must be at 5 am. Massacre. One lady handles the registration and the next two mixes the coffee because someone from the online booking did not come and at least 3 people could arrange it at that time. A disaster .... it's a pity that you can't give zero stars and the one is because they are at work at all.

Officials took parking spaces, petitioners have to pay for parking, usually older people, young people do it via the Internet, despite the parking zone, a new sign "no signs under" paid parking ",,,, because the zone does not have to be, only most older people read under the sign, not at the beginning of the zone where you have to stop to read on the main road with heavy traffic
