Massacre..On 8 stands 2 open !!! And not only now in crazy situations with the virus .. There has always been poor handling.

I recommend contacting Ms Iwona Szpilka for mortgage loans. Nice, polite, professional. Not conventional in helping clients, you can see that you really want this lady and I do not want to send the client home with a problem as soon as possible, as is often the case in stationary banking. Mrs. Iwona the employee of the year !!! May there be more such people in banking !!! :) Happy client Paweł K

Drama! On Thursday, the fiancé was at the bank to provide documents and an application for the established mortgage. Of course, there was no person responsible for this. The director asked for a number and ensured that the employee would contact the next day in this matter. Nobody answered, and of course nobody called back. So what the PKO bank writes off here is rubbish on the springs. We've been trying to get through from Friday. Nobody answers and a callback is really a myth and a legend probably heard in the forest. They didn't even deserve one star.

For two days I have been trying to get information by phone and now variants: - the general PKO PB helpline tries to help but the person does not feel strong enough and switches to a more knowledgeable person ... I did not wait for the conversation - selected telephone numbers to the branch where I have the invoice - they do not answer, - the recipient gives the cell phone to a person dealing with similar matters, he does not answer and sends the info Call back - no call back, subsequent attempts - deaf phone massacre not a bank: // not even one star belongs
