I came to close the bank account, no one paid attention to me, several times me and other clients (a large queue got in) we made eye contact with two ladies who sat at the offices - no reaction, I only heard that they had to send documents to the cito and I waited for 20 minutes. One of the clients asked if anyone could come to the cash register, however the gentleman at the window said that he was alone and the ladies continued to sit at their desks pissing off clients. I do not recommend this unit, massacre ...
