Tragic service. Instead of serving, the lady does photocopying. I think the client counts, not the work that can be done as nobody is in the bank.

Service incompetent. No necessary certificates can be obtained. Payments "misplaced somewhere" and the client's letter, instead of being sent to the bank's head office, found itself in the desk drawer of the service lady .... hmmm strange document flow ... where it should be from the beginning. Currently, I avoid this place with a great arc.
