On 7.02-9.02 we relaxed at the Old Post Office. During the night from 8.02 to 9.02 at 22-4, there was an incredible incident consisting of disturbing the silence of the night by hotel guests. We are very dissatisfied with the hotel stay. Fortunately, we only stayed there for 2 nights. On Saturday late evening, the hotel held a noisy party lasting until 4 am. At the reception from a cell phone at night I called 5 times admonishing the reception to intervene in this matter. After receiving the phone by the lady at the reception, we were informed that she would promptly ask the DJ to turn down the volume. Unfortunately, you pretended to solve our problem. We came to your hotel to relax from the hustle and bustle of the big city and we found ourselves playing in a wilderness. You could hear loud music in the room and a DJ voice inviting you to still noisy fun. There were drunken songs and strong bass. The day before there was also a party. However, the dam was quite quiet. What happened on Saturday ?? I do not know. I have heard about many corporate integration events in SPA hotels where there were parties until dawn but the rooms were absolutely silent. In addition, the hotel should have a restaurant open every day for hotel guests. I called you on Thursday evening in this matter and the ladies at the reception were unable to tell which restaurant is open on Friday. On Sunday I went to the restaurant opposite the hotel. You can see that you drive guests for free (to have such generous neighbors is a real miracle). In addition, the pool at the SPA Hotel should be open at least from 8 am.

Nice, intimate pool, usually there are no people at all, but it probably depends on the occupancy in the hotel. A great steam sauna and well with water in which you can cool off. It's clean at the pool, the service lady who usually works on weekends is very nice and hardworking :) She subtracts one star for a person who worked at the SPA reception on 07.27.2019 in the evening instead of paying attention to customers browsing Facebook, and later she had a very rich Latin phone call - a bit weak. Unfortunately, this lady was never once seen that she was cleaning ...

The SPA zone is very nice, although tight and not enough space in it. Sensational dry sauna, wet usually poorly heated. The pool basin is tiny and cozy. A comfortable Jacuzzi, backlit with clean, warm water. Men's cloakroom tight, water in showers often cold. The object was often cleaned, hence clean everywhere. In general, the property is recommendable, despite the minor comments.

It was fun ... until. The swimming pool is open from 12-22, the last entrance is 21. You come after 20 there are no more places and they will not let you in. If you are a guy you cannot enter from 14-16. Regards.
