Awful bank doing foreign exchange transactions from my foreign exchange account. Behind my back. As a result, calls from my side to solve the problem. They promised to figure it out. Where does the bank's security service look? Think before you go to this bank.

Such a situation: I come with a request to change a banknote for coins to pay for the parking lot. Zero customers - I approach one of the ladies at the counter. And she replied: "Are you our client?" I answer truthfully - "no, but I have been a client of WBK for over 10 years". And she said, "But do you have an account NOW with us?" When I said no, she said - that she couldn't help me ... Well - when I left I thanked for the confirmation that closing an account with this bank was a very good decision ... Customer service level: minus ten ...

A tragedy bank !!! The case has not been closed for over a year !!!! Come to them, you have no obligation !!! Avoid this bank with a wide berth !!!!

Incompetence, the director of the facility arranges you for the next day, you appear and no one knows anything. You can arrange everything yourself with the central which also shows incompetence. Avoid the fire as the client in their version is a moose. Out of 10 banks in this city, they have won and are the worst.
